GoPro fpv?

I have seen some people on YouTube using there gopros fpv style. How can I do that? I have a hero 7 black

you need a "video out FPV cable" to send the signal to a Video transmitter, you will also need a battery to power the video TX
there is a ton more to explain but your far better off by checking out youtube there are a bunch of how to videos already done in detail
and cover most situations

It’s very laggy tho. A $20 AOI camera/VTX will do it better.

I agree with @FDS, the latency is a real problem. If in a plane with a gusty wind, the latency will make the plane unflyable.

Most of the best footage you see is a go pro mounted to a quad being flown with a separate FPV system. What the pilot sees is not what being recorded...
