Halp! Multiple conundrums -- Mighty Mini Mustang

Hey Folks,
My kid decided to make the Mighty Mini Mustang for a school project and unsurprisingly I find myself doing most of the work. I'm a total amateur though. Since we are down to the line and I'm a bit clueless on my own, I was wondering if someone might be open to consulting with me to sort out some issues (like... over facetime?). I'm happy to offer some compensation for your time.

Current problems:
-Controller (Pocket cc2500) is bound but only seems to control 2 of the 4 servos, and one of the ones that work seem to be inverted in operation.
-Throttle doesn't work (the motor had three unmarked wires so I had to guess where they plugged in, probably plugged them in wrong)
-The video for the mighty mini mustang build had instructions for a different controller, so I just kinda need help getting it properly setup... there are SO many settings!!!
-The internal servos (in the plan fuselage) keep coming unfastened from the body... need tips for securing them. I've literally hot glued one of them like three times.

I can't do facetime or anything, but I'm pretty active on here and should be able to give you a hand! Also I believe @LitterBug knows the pocket pretty well and should be able to help with the radio side of things👍

Removing the label from the servo before applying glue makes a tighter bond. Sanding as Houndpup Rc suggested or scoring with a razor blade or a knife give the glue something to really adhere to. Check how the serovs are plugged into the receiver. You CAN plug them in upside down (ask me how I know) and get no response. You should be able to reverse the direction of a servo in the transmitter.

Ok, had a moment to look into this. The current issue I'm struggling with is the aileron channel doesn't seem to be setup correctly and the throttle doesn't work at all.
When I move the right gimbal left/right the receiver makes a beeping noise and nothing happens, and when i push the throttle control up there is no beeping and nothing happens.

I can successfully move the rudder (ch 4) and elevator (ch2).

I used the preset called FT Plane on the pocket 2250.

Yeah I just figured this out today... so all my flaps and whatnot work now, but still zero throttle. Additionally, now I get a constant beeping from ESC after power has been on for about 5 minutes. Wondering I have to setup a throttle cutoff? The manual for the pocket 2250 is useless.

A bit late to this, but I have looked at the above picture the best I can tell is you had the Y harness for the ailerons plugged in channel 3 and the motor plugged in to channel 1. Not sure if you changed that or not, but that is probably backwards if it is set up for AETR mapping.
1. A aileron
2. E elevator
3. T throttle
4. R Rudder

We need a couple of screenshots from your radio to verify how the channel order is configured. I have a Pocket, but not the FT profiles. In the Model configuration, page 5 is inputs, and page 6 is mixes. Take pictures of those two pages and post them up. That will clear up what channel order is set up for your model. After that is cleared up, we can look at the channels monitor to see if your throttle channel is being passed to the RX or has a cut.

One other thing I am confused about by the picture is you repeatedly say your TX is a CC2250, but unless you have an external TX module, the ER6 ELRS RX pictured above would not bind to a CC2500. Are you sure it isn't an ELRS Pocket TX?
