what size engine came with this plane? and who manufactured the engine? (ex. O.S., K&B, Webra, Etc.)

It's an Evolution brand engine. It's a complete trainer power system made for easy setup. Same type of thing is used in a couple of other RTF planes from Horizon. Spec says it's a .45

Hi! I really enjoyed the episode , but i kind of missed that you guys didn't mention anything about breaking-in the engine, especially since this model is supposed to be an "introduction" to fuel models for many new pilots....
But keep it up! still one of the best shows on the internet!
