Hey y’all, finally decided I should probably join this forum after lurking around for the past several years. I have been wanting to get into the hobby since I was in 6th grade (p.s. that was a really long time ago) finally my wife convinced me to go ahead and make the jump from YouTube videos and forum stalking to actually flying! So I loaded up on a transmitter, charger, and batteries from HK and proceeded to build a FT Explorer and FT Simple Cub. Had good success crashing both of them hahaha ended up with my simple cub parked in a tree in St Simons while on vacation (if you’re around there and know where Mallory park is look for the plane that’s parked behind the scoreboard in the pine tree close to the top!) anyways I built another cub and I am on my second explorer after my wife decided to rocket the first one into the ground on her first flying attemp! Glad to be here and sure glad I found Flite Test so I don’t fill as bad when I have to build a new plane!!
