Help! I can't find the right Foamboard!

Hi everyone, I'm a complete beginner to this hobby and I just purchased all the parts needed to make the FT Mighty Mini Tiny Tutor which I hope to make my first plane. Only problem is I'm in the UK, and its pretty much impossible to find the right foam to keep the build under 250g. If anyone has any ideas of how to get that Adams Readiboard or similar in the UK, or if anyone has a few sheets to spare, I would greatly appreciate this for my first build, I am willing to pay to get these sheets (I just need 4 please) if needed. is deport heavier than Adams foam board?

I'm thinking of using 3mm foamboard (maybe westfoam) and remove one layer of paper.

If you have access to 3mm foam, that should be similar to adams dtfb

I thought it was a flooring underlayment used in Europe
