Help me with my funbat build?

Carbon

Elemental Madness
I just mounted the 2 servos I need for my fun bat build. I have been fiddling around with some 18gauge wire and trying to get them to work for push rods, but frankly I have absolutely no clue what to do. they work, but they will only pull the aileron up, wont push it down very far.
For those of you that don't know, the ailerons are controlled by one servo in the middle of the plane.
Any suggestions?

Also, I will probably have more questions..

Sounds like the pushrods are flexing. To fix this, you can either use wire that's more stiff, or put a 'guide' at a point along the pushrod that stops it from flexing eg. something like a control horn.

That is normal and wanted!
The angle of the pushrod from the servo to the aileron makes it go up a lot more than down.
You want ailerons to go up a lot more than down to help the plane turn correctly.
There is an old flitetest video explaining this - called differential - cant find it with the new design of the homepage...
