HELP! My rx won't communicate with my fc

You'll need to use both IO plugs to get all 6 channels out of the reveiver. The manual with all the pinouts is here - http://www.seriouslypro.com/files/SPRacingF3-Manual-latest.pdf

In the receiver tab the bars are now moving!! But it still won't arm

I think it will arm now but the motors don't spin and the esc just beeps at me

In the configuration tab, change the ESC/Motor protocol to PWM. Depending on the ESC's you're using you may be able to go to Oneshot125 or Multishot, but PWM is guaranteed to work.
