Usually with ESC's, now don't quote me on this and I know you said you read the instructions online, and I am just trying to get a feel for where you are at. But when you power up the ESC, your throttle stick needs to be at 100% power to get into program mode, it needs to know where your full point is, it should beep, maybe a jingle as you said or could be a longer beep, then you have 5 seconds to bring it down to 0%. This should tell your ESC what your throttle range is. If you don't pull it down it will go into the next step of programing, like a voltage cut off, or cell count, etc. The most important one will be the first step, without that one the rest won't fall into place.
Hope this helps and if not we can go through it and collaborate to help you solve it. Again welcome to the forum family
