Help with Flapperons

I recently picked up a SUS for a 2nd plane and decided to set it up with flapperons but ive been running into some issues. First, the new aileron servo travel was not the same as the original servo. It’s not really noticeable anymore after some sub trim. Secondly, the tail is not aligned with the wing. It seems like the aluminum stick is bent/twisted a little. Lastly the aileron movement is really wonky only when SAFE is on and flapperons are deployed. (video attached)
Thanks for the help everyone one, have a great day :)

When SAFE is engaged, the FC is trying to level the aircraft so you can expect it to behave differently than full manual. The thing to be absolutely certain of is that when you move the plane in safe mode, the control surfaces move to counter the attitude you have the plane in. Nose up should make the elevator go down, nose down should make the elevator go up. Roll the plane to the right, and the right aileron should go down while the left aileron goes up. roll the plane left and the right aileron should go up while the left aileron goes down.

Throws tend to seem less when in safe mode too since the FC is usually set for low stick rates in that mode.
