Help with Spectrum interlink dx sim

This Newbie is drowning in all the jargon and really needs some help.
Have got my Spektrum interlink dx simulator controller working but struggling with it.
Any help much appreciate.

Not the Realflight sim, but it is the Spektrum InterLinkDX control. Maybe it will be helpful.
