I'm a fan of the iMax B6AC charger. It can run on a wall outlet or a car battery in the field, and can charge at up to 5 amps. It balances and has a safety cutoff feature. It has a storage setting for LiPos and can also handle NiCd and other battery types. With the banana plug output all it takes is a trip to your LHS to get an adapter for your chosen battery. All in you're looking at about $40.
