Hi everyone! I recently decided to take a break from social media for a mental health brake and quickly realized "oh crud how do I stay in touch with all these like minded and knowledgeable folks?!" Well then I remembered back before we had FB Groups we used forums so here I am! My son and I have built an FT22, Tutor and wrapping up the Legacy. While enjoying a cold adult beverage watching some classic FliteTest with my boy he said he wanted to watch the battle balloon video. Needless to say I immediately got the Bambu pumping out two gondolas. That lead me to the question of whether or not the EZ power pack can bind to my ELRS only TX16S mk2? I perused some search results but found nothing concrete. Do I need the 4 in 1 piggyback? If someone can point me to a thread with the answer I'd greatly appreciate it. Glad to be here and looking forward to learning and sharing whatever I can from my limited knowledge bank.

You will need a 4-in1 module. The EZ powerpack binds with the following protocol: GD00X sub version GDV2.

Dang... was hoping this would be a cheap endeavor lol. Oh well, I can at least let the gondolas finish printing and maybe down the road I'll spend the money on a 4 in 1 module. I'm still relatively new to RC airplanes so since I had a blank slate I went ELRS for everything. Thanks for the black and white answer!

i picked up some brushed ESCs so I could in theory do this with an ELRS PWM receiver. (or any fc/pwm rx)
