Finally got to put power on my QuadCopter. I have a couple of issues, but one thing that I am not sure about is the time it takes for the controller to initialize. Seems to take a very long time. Any ideas on it. Using the New Version of HK's Quadcopter Controler

Yes... Reflashed it to X configuration using the "KK" firmware.

I cannot find the thread where someone posted to try a BEC, but I tried that, and it worked. reflashed to the correct firmware and it works. Thanks to all who sent advice.
