Horizon Hobby ordering trouble

Is anyone else having trouble ordering from Horizon within the last three weeks? Or getting an answer from customer service?

Had three orders in the last several weeks and things have worked well. What part of the world are you located?

I feared my location was probably the issue. I'm in Kuwait right now. Can't get my order to go through although a pending charge shows up on my debit card for the amount of the order.

It is too dangerous to be in Asian countries right now..Where do you have your strength? After all the wars and strikes people there are very aggressive.
