How about an FT Mini sized single engine sea plane?

I've got a small pond in my back yard, and would love to be able to fly from it. The space is pretty small, FT mini size would be about right. I really like the pby catalina, but don't want to spring for a twin unless you can get it to be about 24 inch wing span.

To make it more challenging, how about making it an amphibian, so I can also fly it indoors off the floor?

Putting floats on the scout or speedster would be cheating :)

Do you have any idea on how good they are? I have been looking at his cessna 206/207 for a little while and was wondering how they fly.

That reminds me... my umx cubis starting to get rather soft and wobbly from all the time I've been lugging it around in the trunk of my car.. maybe iI should clip those pontoons on it and try the seaplane thing before it expires...

Also I think I've seen a free download plan for a 600 mm depron seabee in a magazine I read.
Who wouldn't like a James Bond vehicle in their collection...

Need to look that up when I get home.

Some one could try to make a mini Slowboat. I have yet to maiden my DTFB Slowboat. That tadpole is cool too!
