How long are your foam planes lasting?

I can't get through mine without biting... ask mister owl.

Honestly, I plow mine into the ground trying things before It falls apart. so I'm closer to @teddydbest than to STRIX. I have a Bloody baron heading to it's 3rd season? survived a slow moving battery fire.

There are measures you can take to preserve a plane.

Step 1 . is to tape up the last 7 inches of a wing with clear tape. It keeps the paper from fraying and doubles the strength.
Step 2. Glue the edges of the horizontal and vertical stabilizer. So the paper wont delaminate.
Step 3. Spraypaint the plane to keep it from getting wet from dew/condensation or rain.
Step 4. Land in dry grass.

Wetness and condensation are the things you want to avoid like crashing..
