How long posts stay in "New Posts"

Is it possible to extend the age of posts displayed in the "New Posts" feature? It seems there are only posts about 24 hour old or so using it, it's nice to come back after a weekend or whatever and read the "new posts" for the last few days.

^Good idea, I second that. Although I try to make a point of checking every day!

You know that you must be logged on to have the "coockie" activated for New post?
Also - don't confuse "last posts" with "New post".
