How to hook up kombini to pc

I have been trying to figure out how to get my computer to recognise my Kombini. I am using Zadig. I cannot see my Board in the device list in Zadig. I have been looking at totoreals and they all have the board in this list. I have checked the cord from the board to the pc and it works fine.

Be sure that the cord you are using has data transfer capabilities, some are just for charging. Those will still power the board, but won't actually connect.

I bought a data transfer cord for my board. It won't even power up the board from my computer. Does this mean I have a short?
