How to measure amp draw over time of an rc plane?

Hello,
I’m working on a project to measure the power consumption of two different RC planes by tracking the amps they draw over time. My goal is to compare their efficiency by analyzing how much energy each plane uses to travel the same distance at similar speeds.

What device would I need to measure the amps drawn over time and record the data? I have an Arduino, but I'm not quite sure how to use it since I’m a beginner in both RC and Arduino.

For context, I'm using a Flysky FS-i6X transmitter (10 channels) with an FS-iA10B receiver, a 50 amp ESC, and a 1350mAh 3S LiPo battery. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated!

+1 on the speedybee
In addition to data logging, the speedybee will keep the speed & flight path more consistent.

Easier to measure voltage and deduce amps mathematically using a ground test hooked to an amp meter. Or milliamp meter......

Nice thing about lipo is that the current doesn't wander about, it's lockstep to voltage and our motors don't vary rpm like a car. Will be a small current change resulting in a bit of ripple, but nothing that doesnt smooth with a bit of math.
