Help! How to scale down PDF plans

How do you scale down PDF plans for planes?? I wanted to make a mini ShrubSmacker out of cardboard as a prototype, but I have no idea how to scale down plans.

Import the PFD to inkscape or adobe illustrator, you can scale it down in there. At least thats how I do it. You can also just print it at a different size. But no matter how you scale it, you have to keep in mind that you have to change he A/B/C folds accordingly. Or If you're building out of cardboard, you have to bend it on the right side of the A/B fold.
