How to tell how quality a motor is????

I need semi high quality motors for a 450 mm acro line of sigh quad (carbon fiber ) that is about 150 grams. I'm using a naze32 and spectrum race receiver. I need motors that are somewhat high quality but not over 20 dollars each. They need to have high torque and pretty high speed, how do I find a motor like this and what are some suggestions.

Highest quality is probably T motor. Good luck on getting them < $20. :)

A 450mm acro quad will probably be spinning 8" props on 4S with 1000kv motors. Even SunnySky motors at 1000kv are $25 or more.

I think you will likely end up here:

IMO a large acro quad is going to be heavy in a crash and expensive to repair. Crashing these costs a max of < $50. Crashing and ruining 4 T motors is a $200 hit to the wallet.

OOooh good find LB. The lowest I found at Buddy for a 1000kv was $26.

I have several SunnySky 2204s in 2300kv from BuddyRC and have had good luck with them.

Buddy RC now has the SunnySky 2207 2700kv monsters for under $10.

I know that's not what windbreakaerial is looking for exactly, just thought I'd mention the great deal.;)
