How to wire and use Dromida Kodo Camera for something besides the Kodo

I have the replacement Kodo camera with the 3 wires and the SD car slot I would like to use it on my racing quad for another perspective besides looking forward. It is small enough that it shouldn't take up too much room. I am unsure of how i should wire it to have it start and stop recording. Is there some way i could wire it to my Dodo Flight controller and use that to controller the recording? and im unsure of the voltage it takes as well... Any information would be helpful.
