I have a situation with this forum

Are any other buttons stuck down. I lost control of my keyboard once and it turned out the control button was stuck down. It was on a laptop so it wasn't very obvious.

Try the keyboard in a different environment to see its working properly. If so maybe the gremlins got your # here in the forum

Well, there's your problem! Internet Exploder is only good for one thing: Downloading another browser!
