I used forum.flitetest.com, should I try the other?

I would. Also just flitetest.com as well, that hipefully will send anything from flite test to your inbox.
I will add that as well, but admittedly, I'm old and confused. the 'create filter' isn't as simple (to me) as it appears in the instructions.
1-7, no prob. when I click 'never send it to spam, there is no exit from there, and no place to do 8, click create filter again.
so I have to back page to get out, and I'm not sure if I'm undoing everything by doing that.
and I can't find a list of filters to see if they are there.

So I went into it to see, and I might of found the issue. As soon as I checked "never send it to spam," my CREATE FILTER disappeared where I couldn't see it. After you get to step 7 and check mark "never send it to spam," try this.
1. Click the three dots on the far right of the address bar.
2. Go to "bookmarks and list", then "bookmarks bar", and click "always hide."
3. Now look to see if you see a "create filter" tab now.
For some reason I couldn't see that "create filter" tab until I removed my bookmark bar. It wouldn't even let me scroll down to it. Hope this does it for you, and you can just go back into the three dots afterwards and put your bookmark bar back up. Good luck. Should say this when your done.

Yeah, all the FliteTest Forum updates seem to be sent through the support email Setting that one to always go to my inbox was what worked for me.
You can see the email address to use by clicking the line that says me right below the from bit.

I didn't think that your setup might be different than mine. Another thing to try. When at the "never send it to spam," try to make your font smaller. On my computer all i have to do is press Cntl (control)and tap the -(minus) button. This also makes the "create filter" show up on mine. Didn't think of that first. Cntl and + will bring your font back to whatever size you want when done.

To make the filter, I followed the above process in the browser on my computer.
- Go to settings using the icon at the top of the page
- Click see all settings at the top of the settings bar that comes up
- Go to the filters and blocked addresses tab
- Click create a new filter
- Input support@flitetest.com and click continue
- Select never send it to spam in the options and click create/update filter

That might be it. Can't see the "create filter" tab on your "never send to spam." Try shrinking the font and see if it shows up

Yeah, you might need to reduce your zoom or font size - looks like the button is off the bottom of the screen. If you have a windows computer or Chrome installed on your Mac, it might also work better in a different browser.

My default is still to big on mine, so it might still not show up. If not just make keep making it a little smaller till it does. We will get this. TECHNOLOGY WILL NOT DEFEAT US. Lol🤣😂
