I need help please!!!! Shutter at full throttle

I ordered a 1000 KV motor 40 amp ESC 3200 mah battery in my power pod. It "shutter" or "stumble" at full throttle then it runs smooth and work perfectly what causes that?

Does it stutter with or without a prop on?

Does it do it without props on? Does the motor stutter when you go to full throttle quickly and also when you advance the throttle slowly?
It sounds to me like you might have either over-propped the motor or the timing on the ESC is wrong.

without prop on it's ok. But I think I have found the problem spinning the motor by hand have some resistant the mounting holes are too close to the firewall so I space them out with spacers and it stop stutter.
