I need help!!!

So this is my first quad build. I have everything wired. Flashed beta flight to my FC. Binded my transmitter to my receiver. Went into beta flight and enabled serial rx on the correct UART. And then went into the configuration and enabled serial connect with SBUS. When I go the the receiver tab I’m not getting any inputs from my controller. Very frustrating because I’m so close! Help!

Have you bound the Tx to the Rx?

Did you wire the receiver with the correct Sbus wire? You want Sbus OUT to the fc not SBUS IN, some of the receivers have two wires, it’s for multiple receiver systems. Also is it connected to the right pad on the FC?
