I want to make my own planes but dont have the money.

Hey,

I really like the rc hobby. I bought some commercial cheap planes and enjoyed them a lot.
Now I really want to make my own, but don't have easy acces to everything.
This is because of multiple reasons:
1.I live in the Netherlands and don't know where I can buy the things I need to build an airoplane myself.
2.I'm only 14, and my bank doesn't allow people under 16 to use their account online without parental approval.
and my parents don't know how they can make it so I can buy stuff online.
3.I really don't have much money. I have about 200 euros, but I don't want to spent it all at ones. If I have to I will, but I prefer not to.

So my question is:
Does anyone know a good store in the Netherlands, preferably in Amersfoort. and knows where I can get the things I need to scratch build for cheap?

You may want to ask on modelbouwforum.nl, there are a lot of Dutch people there who can give you advice specific to your situation.
