Idea for engine cowl

I was eating a Dole fruit cup and thought the plastic cup might make a cool engine cowl for a scratch build plane, it is about 3 1/8" outside dia. and just under 2" tall, it is pretty heavy plastic for a throw away. the front looks like a gear, should look good painted. It does unforntunly say Dole around it.

Here it is again cut down to just above the Dole logo and the center cut out painted green, here it is about 2 1/2" OD by 1 1/4" tall...

Depending on the size of the motor, another option is to use the top cover of a spray can. You might even match the color of your plane.
