Solved Imax B6 fault

I have a had an Imax B6 which I use to charge all my batteries for I while now. I went to use it and everything was normal until about 5 mins into the charge when it made a strange, u healthy sound beep which was more of a squeak and then the whole screen goes white. I unplugged everything and started again. The same thing happened. Is there a fix for this?

That sounds bad, you may be in the market for a new one.

The 12v only version is cheaper than the wall powered one. I have taken the guts out of a 12v one and replaced the guts from a wall powered one. It’s a perfect fit, some soldering required.
