Is it ok to store TX lipo in the TX?

I may be at least a week between flights. Is it ok to leave the TX lipo pack in the TX?

It's generally safe. As long as you keep your tx warm and dry then your battery will be too.

As long as you use your TX.
If you are not going to use your TX for an extended time (months) you shall always remove the batteries regardless of LiPo, Nixx or other.

NEVER forget to turn off the radio after flying!

I keep it in nice aluminum case safe dry and well its AZ so its always warm

I'll reiterate Pgerts excellent point, NEVER forget to turn your radio off or your battery can get over discharged and damaged.

Take a few minutes to understand the risk. I do keep my lipo in my TX and seldom give it a thought. But, be aware of the risks. Familiarize yourself with lipo safety. Many battery chemistrys may damage you TX. Lipo have the potentially to burn not only your radio but your house. Be safe Be extra diligent like AK says and remember to turn off your radio when not in use
