Is the spyhawk FPV UK legal

Has anyone got a 'V2' Spyhawk? I still like the concept of this plane, though it is really pricey for what it is. It's like they're trying to recover development costs in a VERY short time frame. A worrying sign for anyone who's bought one... Either the company's going to disappear real quick or the price will crash suddenly.

I hope for the last but I think that they are going to cancel the idea soon. I think that hobbyking is going to make something like the spyhawk but then better.
