That is a good idea. I have another kit. I can cut the ribs. I paid for a laser cut kit. Not expecting to cut my own ribs, that would be a first and I would need to buy balsa sheets???
I understand, but if they can't help you, at least you can help yourself.

@$1Mike - please use the Drop us a line on the "Contact Us" form on our website or call our customer service number listed on our website. You will get Becky on the line/contact and she will take care of you quickly.

If you try to email us directly it will be viewed as spam by our website. The contact form on our website is set up as a support ticket type system and will always be seen.

A simple phone call will also take care of any issues quickly as well... AND you get to talk to Becky. :)

I wanted to chime in with my Willy Nillies experience. I placed an order for an S-Tee 250 and Cox TD 02 electric motor mount the first week of July. After about a week, I got a shipping notification, and the package arrived at my door this morning. I've watched several of Doug's build videos, and his kits look very well designed. So two thumbs up from me.
