Help! Issue Connecting BLHeliSuite to ESC with Arduino

Hello,

This is my first post here and I was hoping to get some help with BLHeliSuite. I have an ATMEL 8-Bit ESC and I am trying to interface it with BLHeliSuite using an Arduino (a MEGA 2560).

I am following along with tutorial:

And I get to the point where I hit "Connect" and the ESC is not recognized.

Any tips on what could be causing this issue?
