Hello! I need help urgently.

I am trying to calibrate my transmitter with QGroundControl but I can't because it says that the transmitter isn't on, even though it is. The receiver and transmitter are properly binded, and I have the latest version of QGroundControl. This problem happens both on my PC and Macbook.

The firmware I think is having trouble updating. I've tried over and over to update it but every time it says "Update Successful" I go back to the tab only to find it needs to be updated again. What could be the problem? How can I fix this?

(It keeps coming back to this screen)

You’re plugged into the wrong port. If you’re using ibus or sbus, you should be plugged into the top right output on the receiver. If you’re using PPM, it should be plugged into the left output on the bottom. You’re plugged into a PWM output.
