Jobs at FT?

FT Team or whoever it may concern,
I am about to head into college on track for an aerospace engineering degree, and ideally, I want to get into the RC industry. I would absolutely LOVE to have a summer job or something like that at Flite Test, where should I look to get started? I know this might be a longshot, but working with RC stuff and like-minded guys would be amazing.
