it seems like everyone else already answered this for you, I would get 3.5 mm bullet connectors (standard connection). You can go to your local hobby shop and get somebody to solder it together for you. They may or may not do this so I would call before you go.
If the motor is running backwards, then you can switch any two of the connections from the ESC to the motor. I just realized that you posted this a year ago, so I am assuming you already have everything settled. I will leave this information up anyways for anyone who wants to use it. Happy flying!
