well mine came in around or under 200g IIRC.

you also have a much bigger battery there then the one recommended.
your motor + prop might get you some torque roll issues - at least depending on your kv rating.

"too heavy" only really happens if you don't have the needed power.. it sounds like you have a greater then 1:1 power:mass ratio, so it will 'fly' - at least under power, however, it is going to need to be going rather fast (and might be a challenge to control), given the WCL your looking at. the plans show a WCL of 13.9, your going to be around 20 given the almost double mass, which puts you way into 'racer' territory. I suspect your going to be flying off the motor and just 'aiming' it with those numbers.
