use it and you might just burn up in mid air lilo battery's are very volatile if you have never seen one burn it will amaze you when that thing goes up it will look like a comet just hope whoever it lands is fireproof

Nope, don’t use that. Totally shot. If it’s only a little bit rounded, it’s borderline but useable, but when it puffs so much that the cells pull apart from each other, it’s a fire hazard.

To dispose of it, the method I use is to discharge it slowly down to zero volts (or actually about .1v, it usually won’t go lower than that). Then test it again to make sure it’s actually 0v. Then strip the red and black leads and twist them together, that completely finishes it off. Now it’s safe to take to a recycling center.

Update: To discharge, some chargers have a discharge/destroy function for this. Otherwise, you can get a $3 lipo killer from Aliexpress. Or build your own, it’s basically just a resistor or an incandescent bulb. There are instructions online if you want to go that route.

I ensure to charge all my puffy 6s 5000mah batteries at 2x there max speed right on my nightstand by my bed before I go to sleep. It ensures I never get a good night sleep and never let my guard down.
