Lipo charger says 2S but it's a 3S

Ok guys thanks for all the help and advice, think I'll just leave it as have some new ones coming in a few days.

While using it the battery actually completely stopped working so I've bought one of those alarm things for next time.

This battery is still dangerous in it's current state. If you are going to abandon it, you need to completely discharge it. I attach a 12v tail light bulb and leave it for several days. I place a bag filled with sand on top of the battery, if there is a fire the plastic will melt releasing the sand. After it is discharged, find an electronics disposal site in your community.
