I've heard it said that you are supposed to take your propellor off when working on your plane indoors. I always thought that sounded like a good idea, but I never did it. I had my FT Tutor with its 9" propellor on my workbench. I connected the battery to do something or the other. Of course my tx was right at my elbow which then knocked the throttle (throttle cutoff not engaged). Now I have three good gashes in my forearm and a blood stain on my plane. I asked for it. Carelessness is not good for you.
