I wonder if being a bed slinger doesn't help...
I do most of my LW-PLA on a bed slinger, but I recently did a couple parts on a core X Y machine and it was a bit better- the big thing is that on a bed slinger going quickly you start to get ripples towards the tops of tall parts even with Klipper helping compensate because the parts aren't stiff enough

I should get some ABS and give it a try....I must say, I am REALLY impressed at how well, and fast the K1 SE prints, and if I need to have a warmer chamber I can just tape foam board around as it retains the heat VERY well!
Also make sure you have good ventilation if you try ABS - it can give off some nasty fumes

Oh thanks, I forgot about that...I am assuming for a 3D printed HIGH speed wing ABS would be the way to go? (Beta building Mr Man's Vortex (Very similar to the radjet) soon)
Probably PLA is the best for very high (RC) speed. You need to design around the weaknesses of ABS when it comes to warping, so anything that wasn't designed with ABS specifically in mind has the risk of not printing well and even with a design meant for ABS you get some warping still which means a disrupted profile and possibly extra drag. PLA is also a bit stronger

Oh, I though ABS was stronger.... 👍

I think I am going to redo the F-16 because I have learned sooo much on 3D printing and its quite a bit stronger than I thought it would be! (i was going to thick! 😂 )

Would PLA+ work fine?
