Looking for TGY 9X SET-UP MIX for HK VENTUS 2.3M EPO Glider

Hello,
I am new to flying and trying to change altitude. I just received my HK VENTUS 2.3M EPO Glider and I woulkd like to know how to utilise all the channel Program Mixes that my stock HK TGY9X Radio can give me. I have tried searching on you tube and other forums but I unfortunately have been unable to get answers. I would like to achieve something similar to what was being shown on the Ventus flight review by Josh and David.

Do the necessary change of channels (channel 1 for aileron (right), elevator is channel 2, throttle 3)
