Looking to get started in aerial videography

I'm looking to get started in aerial videography as I'm starting a new series soon. Preferably something kinda low budget. any ideas?

Budget is a balloon or kite setup. No vibration problems. Lift bigger cameras. No batteries to run out.

Budget with a multicopter? I'd go with a DJI and GoPro setup. Proven to work well together.
