Inq submitted a new resource:

LW Aileron Horns - A set of 3D printed parts for single servo ailerons

I wanted a set of aileron corner boxes and controls that would allow me to use one servo for the ailerons, reduce weight, reduce roll inertia, eliminate needing servo extensions and get not have big servos sticking out of the wings. The plastic pieces for one "set" totals 3.1 grams and is only 5 mm thick at the corner boxes that can easily hidden in almost any wing.

I've include 3 versions of the corner box control horns with 0°, 10° and 20° so you can incorporate aileron deflection...

Nice. While it wouldn't save the weight, if I was using these on something like the Mini Guinea, I'd suggest using a 9g servo, since it's handling two big ailerons, and I've already torn up two direct drive 5g servos there. Asking one to do double duty on airplanes where they're overworked is asking for trouble. 🙂

Just depends on control surface loading.
