Its always better to turn off auto focus when doing video of a RC Plane.

Its always better to turn off auto focus when doing video of a RC Plane.

You are exactly right, but keep in mind that some cameras do not have the option to auto focus, also, shooting in very bright sunlight through the view finder, is sometimes impossible to focus as well. Personally I like using my fold out monitor and shield it from the sun. Another thing that will help tracking the and stability is to use a "Steady Stick"
