Making a custom plate need help for a design of a piece

Trying to make a foam copy of my dads old propeller plane but im having trouble making one piece. Its in the black rectangle in the picture. Any ideas would be helpful

Don't have a slam-dunk suggestion, but I usually look for similar designs. The FT Commuter is somewhat similar. If you search "Sponz plans" you'll find all of the FT plans and might find how they've handled something similar.

Looks like there is some detail that might help if you were to take a piece of paper and wrap it around the nose.
Then you could lightly trace the lines using a pencil.
unwrap the paper and there's the start of a plan...

a great plane I saw recently is JrCessna's L19 Bird Dog. He solved the same problem you have with a posterboard windscreen and a square fuselage. Take a look at the build pics on his tread and you'll get a few good ideas for sure

Ill post a picture later when im home of the plane. It was a gas engine plane but I took the engine off.
