Wait! Don't build them yet! I just realized that some parts need fixing! You can build them if you wanted to, but some parts on the wings would need trimming and figuring out.
When I build the final prototype, I'll fix all of the issues I find as well as make a paper canopy. I will then trace it onto posterboard and import the design into inkscape.
For the line thickness under the fill and stroke pull out go to stroke style then you can change the line thickness. For the tick marks I make sure that the orientation of the skins is at a 90% angle then I use the arrows from the middle to align the marks!

Hmmm.. there was an issue for me where the lines I drew in Inkscape stayed the same thickness whether you were zoomed in or out, but the ones from the imported svg's weren't.
I did that too.. And I did not realize how much space there was on the first page that could be used! The way you packed all the pieces looks so much more compact!
