I think John wants his every plane to be as close to perfect as possible when it comes out, not only by looks but also by flying characteristics and repeatable building

You can use meshmixer to flatten curved surfaces of 3d models if that's what you mean

Absolutely spectacular! When I grow up, I want to be you, John (unfortunately, it's not looking like growing up is in my future: growing old, yes, but not growing up)! I'm saving pennies for the Thunderbolt & Lightning, you're cranking out ideas faster than we can build them! I need to build on to my house just for the model airplanes. Keep up the unbelievable designs, I had no idea you could do these things with foamboard.
