And another one on the landing gear if the 50“ C47. How long should the wire be from the bend from the wood down to the bend for the wheel? Landing gear set arrived today so I can start work on the wing.
I think he talks about all 3 versions of the landing gear length at the end of the C-47 special features video.

shouldnt be long :)

bit of work on the F18 today

So much Hype if true on the P-40.

Also, Holy crap that jet is HUGE! You really enjoy seeing just how far you can push foamboard! I'd have to imagine after a certain amount of size and power, you'd start running into issues with foam-board simply not being strong enough to handle the stress loads, Do you have a method of maddness to calculate the loads the foamboard can take to determine when and where to reinforce and with how much, or just run on pure skill, practice, and experience when building out models at this size!?

I am running my the first printed SkyFX P40s today, hopefully i can get sampls quickly knock3d out :)

No worries in the F18, even though its big but its ultra light. It will require a wooden spar, nothing really fancy:)
