True, but I'm designing in 3d, not 2d like I normally do.

Plus, I've already started one on fusion and got the basics figured out, and now I'm using Onshape so I can actually Flatten the Skins.
I don't mean use the plans. I mean you could use the shape as a basis for the design and reshape it into a more MS-style design. It already has the basic dimensions and silhouettes. You just need to go from there.

Or even import a 3-view image of whatever to work from.

Oh, I see.

I'm using a 3 view from the internet that also has former cut-outs on it.
